Why We Chose It

Similar to our choice last week, this mould features a simple design that yields a thin and incredibly versatile chocolate piece. This mould could be used to make decorative elements as part of a larger piece, or used simply to make a box of autumn themed chocolates, enhanced with colored cocoa butters.
