World Chocolate Masters American Preselections at the Chicago Chocolate Academy

Tomric will be at the national qualifying rounds during the World Chocolate Masters American Preselections. This is the only competition in the world dedicated to the individual creativity of chocolatiers and pastry chefs with chocolate. During the national qualifying rounds chefs and chocolatiers will get to showcase their talent and skills to a global audience. From 20 countries, one finalist per country will represent his or her nation during the World Final in 2018.

The American Candidates competing include: Jove Hubbard, Devin D. Cowen, Rory Macdonald, and Florent Cheveau

The American national qualifying rounds will take place at the Chicago Chocolate Academy. The competition will be open to the public from 9am to 2pm on Saturday April 29th.
