You’re Invited to ‘Make Better Chocolate’ with Us!

We’re excited to host a hands-on, bean to bar chocolate making workshop in our very own test kitchen, working with our line of Selmi equipment.

The demonstration will include the entire process: roasting, winnowing, grinding, refining, filtering, and tempering. There won’t be any breaks in the action. While we have to wait for beans to roast or refine, we’ll take you on a tour of our facility so you can see just how we make such beautiful molds.

This event is designed for experienced chocolatiers familiar with the bean to bar process. However, chocolatiers of all experience levels are welcome to attend. When you RSVP just be sure to tell us how familiar you are with bean to bar chocolate making. This is a FREE event ­- you just need to get to Buffalo!


When: Choose from two dates. Wednesday, August 9 or Thursday August 10.
Time: 10am – 3pm both days.
