The 2024 model of the Spider Vertical Cooling Tunnel has been redesigned! The rotating brackets that moved the molds through the tunnel have been replaced with a modular conveyor belt system(as pictured). The new design reduces the complexity and number of moving parts – making it easier to operate and clean. The new design also allows the tunnel to be used with different types of molds with maximum dimensions of 175 x 275 x 40mm.
With the Spider, Insertion into the tunnel is timed and assisted by a loading belt. The cooled product exits on the same level as the inserted product to aid with the operator’s productivity. Thanks to the Spider patent, the cool and dry air flows follow the molds during their journey. The spider was designed to be coupled with Tuttuno One-Shot, Mold Loader 175 & Mold Loader 275.
