Now Open: Tomric’s Innovation Center

The Innovation Center features 9,000 square feet of space designed to showcase Selmi Chocolate Equipment, Flow Wrappers from TLM, and industrial melting tanks from MCM Massa.
Highlights of the Innovation Center include:

∙ Selmi comfit panning systems
∙ Vertical and horizontal cooling tunnels
∙ Bean-to-bar processing
∙ Full-length enrobing line
∙ One-shot depositing equipment
To mark the launch of the innovation center, Tomric hosted a three-day training session with confectionary arts master Chef Ewald Notter. Notter is the founder and Director of Education of Notter School of Pastry Arts in Orlando, Florida which was recognized as one of the world’s most prestigious pastry schools with teaching methods based on the artist-apprentice model practiced in Europe for many centuries.
