The Comfit coating pan is equipped with an electric speed control that optimizes the coatings of different types and sizes of products. In addition, the introduction of air into the rolling tank cavity is controlled by a cooling unit which speeds up the size increase of the finished product while chocolate is being added. During the final phase, it is possible to smooth and polish the product and clean the machine. A thermoregulator on the control panel enables the temperatures to be regulated to suit the required process.
