The Quick Ship Custom Mold Program is ideal for any individual or company looking for a fast turnaround and cost-effective custom (chocolate) mold solution. This program takes the artwork provided by the customer and proportionately scales it fit on one of our many stock bar options. After the artwork is proofed out and approved by the customer, it is then sent out to be photo-engraved on thin pieces of aluminum that are cut to fit within the corresponding bar template. The completed template is then prepared and used to form the final thermoformed polycarbonate molds that we send out.
Final molds are typically ready to ship within 5-7 business days after the artwork is approved and the order is placed and paid for.
*PLEASE NOTE: We ask for a 10-15 business day turnaround for orders placed during the holiday season.

Design Requirements
All artwork must be provided as one of the file formats listed. If your artwork does not meet these requirements or you do not have existing artwork available our skilled creative services team can create it for you for an additional fee.
Acceptable files:
- .ai, .eps, high resolution .pdf files
- .jpeg and .png MAY work ONLY if the art is high resolution and a dark color (blue, purple or black).
Unacceptable files:
- .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .tif
- Most raster artwork (.gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .tif) saved as .ai or .eps will not work.
Size and Layout Options
Bite-Size Logo Piece Sizes:
If your design dimensions (per piece) are 2 x 2 inches or less and exactly .25 inches deep, it will likely work as a logo piece. You can also select the piece shape that best fits your logo (square, circle, oval, rectangle, triangle, or hexagon). Note: A 1-cavity sample can be shipped out for testing prior to the full set up for an additional $75 fee.

Coordinated Packaging
Several of our Quick Ship size options have coordinated packaging available. Additionally, we offer versatile, sealable, peel and stick clear bags sized to fit a single chocolate bar per bag. Each bag is 6.5 x 3.5 inches (max bar size is 6” x 3” x .25”), with 100 bags per case.
