similar to the FCX Mikro Series, these industrial-scale block melters are perfect for melting blocks of cocoa butter, cocoa mass, and vegetable fats, but with a capacity of up to 1,380kg. If your operation requires large amounts of melter fats to be available at any given moment, the FCX Mega Series is ideal. The Top-mounted heating element melts chocolate or fat as quickly as possible with fewer moving parts than the mixing tanks.
