Product Details
This continuous automatic temperer is designed with the semi-industrial customer in mind. It’s perfect for the crafting of shell molded European style confections and enrobing with the optional R200 enrobing unit or up to a 4m cooling tunnel. Can also be used for enrobing when used with the enrobing attachment and cooling tunnel.
