This interactive and hands-on class with see students learn everything there is to know about molded chocolates. There will be a focus on creating designs and recipes that are both production-friendly, and appealing in looks and taste to the customer. In addition, we will cover some enrobed products and other candies that complement a range of molded chocolates very well.

About Chef Jack Ralph:

Jack Ralph has risen quickly to become one of the most innovative chocolatiers in the UK.  His love for chocolate started when he dropped out of law school to pursue chocolate. After going through tough times and difficulties, he launched his chocolate brand ArtChocolat from small beginnings in his home kitchen.

Since then, Jack has grown it into a globally recognized brand, shipping bonbons to customers all over the world and producing them with his team in their state-of-the-art chocolate kitchen. Over the years he has meticulously taught himself the many complexities of chocolate work and gone through every trial & error scenario to hone himself into a master of chocolate bonbons.’
