This compact continuous automatic tempering machine is designed where a complete change-over of chocolate is required. The small footprint design in conjunction with nearly all of the features of the larger Selmi’s makes it the right equipment for the small chocolatier, bakery, ice cream shop/gelateria, or restaurant.
