If you attended MJBizCon this year, you likely saw this bar molding line in action. The direct depositing mold loader and unique design of the vertical cooling tunnel allow this line to operate efficiently even in a space as compact as a trade show booth. As configured, this line includes a Selmi Melting Tank 200, Mold Loader 175, Top EX tempering unit, Automated Decorator, and the Spider vertical cooling tunnel. Depending on your particular molds and configuration, this line can output approximately 4 molds per minute. Also in our booth was the Lareka BTB25, TLM Eko ONE, MCM Massa melting tank, and more…
