The Selmi Grinder is part of Selmi’s bean-to-bar chocolate-making equipment. It’s used specifically to grind cocoa nibs to particles between 200-250 microns. The rotating pins inside the Selmi Grinder crush roasted cocoa beans (or other dried products) into a gritty paste. This method allows for quick processing of cocoa nibs into chocolate liquor.
