The 2nd largest of the Selmi automatic tempering machines, the Top EX is designed with industrial and large artisan chocolatiers in mind, and is required to operate the larger cooling tunnels and automatic bar molding line. This machine features a removable pump screw system making switching between different chocolates easier. The Top EX is ideal for operating other Selmi equipment like the enrobing attachment, cooling tunnels, mold loader, and shell molding line.
