Live Recipe Demos from the Innovation Center:

To help our customers improve their chocolate making and have some fun in these difficult times, we have started doing live recipe and technique demonstrations on social media. We hope these live videos will act as a resource for those looking to gain some knowledge and as an outlet for people to have some fun and pass the time while many of us are in isolation.

For our first Facebook live stream, Chef Brian went live directly from our Innovation Center in Buffalo, NY to demonstrate his delicious Strawberry Rhubarb Ganache recipe.
